A new chapter for Nicholaston House

Set within the landscape of the Gower Peninsula, Nicholaston House has a longstanding history as a place of retreat, hospitality and gathering.

Following its acquisition by ES Academy Ltd in April 2025, a new vision for the future of Nicholaston House is now being developed.

The emerging proposal is for a small-scale, year-round boutique wellness retreat, centred around approximately 25 guest rooms and multi-day residential stays.

The concept brings together wellbeing, movement, healthy food and hospitality, rest, walking and connection with the surrounding landscape.

The proposals for Nicholaston House are currently progressing through planning, design and technical development.
